SWISH IT Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our hygiene and cleaning products, we enforce a strict policy to ensure the integrity of our inventory and the safety of all customers. Please review our terms carefully before purchase.

1. Eligibility for Return (Strict Conditions)

To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Time Limit: The request must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it.

  • Packaging: The product must be in its original, undamaged, and sealed packaging with all protective seals intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items (All Sales Final)

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances, except where explicitly required by law:

  • Any product that has been opened, used, or had its safety seal broken.

  • Items purchased during a sale, clearance, or promotional event.

  • Gift cards.

3. Returns Due to Damage or Defect (The Only Exception)

We take quality control seriously. If you receive a product that is genuinely defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect (wrong item sent):

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage and the shipping box.

  • Upon verification, SWISH IT will, at our sole discretion, offer a direct replacement or a full refund. We will cover the cost of return shipping for verified defective or damaged goods.

4. Process and Reimbursement

  • Initiation: All returns must be approved in advance by our Customer Support team. Do not ship a product back without a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returning non-defective items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refund Method: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the returned product has been received and thoroughly inspected at our facility.
