By accessing or using swishit.in (the "Site") and purchasing any product from Swish It Pvt. Ltd. ("Swishit", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

• All products listed on swishit.in are subject to availability.

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly.

• We do not guarantee that product descriptions are error-free. If an error is identified after an order is placed, we will notify you and offer a cancellation or correction.

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing via Razorpay.

• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods available through Razorpay.

• Swishit reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information. Swishit is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.

• We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

• Free shipping is available on orders above ₹399.

• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

• Swishit is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.

• We offer a 7-day easy exchange policy from the date of delivery.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to qualify.

• We do not accept returns for change of mind once the product has been opened.

• To initiate an exchange, contact our team at support@swishit.in with your order ID and reason.

• Swishit reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

All content on swishit.in — including the Swishit brand name, logo, Perfume-Lock™ trademark, product names, photography, copy, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of Swish It Pvt. Ltd.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from Swishit.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You agree not to share your account with others or use another person's account without authorisation.

• Swishit reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swish It Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or products.

Our total liability in any matter arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant order.

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
